🏡 House rules – The Hajdu Hide-Away

Welcome to The Hajdu Hide-Away!
We've built this house with love and care. To ensure a pleasant, safe, and comfortable stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following house rules:

📅 Rental Period

- This accommodation is only rented for the period specified in your reservation. Under no circumstances can a stay outside this agreed-upon period be claimed.

⏰ Check-In and Check-Out - Check-in is from 3:00 PM – you will receive a code for the gate and front door in advance.

- Please check-out before 10:00 AM.

🧍‍♀️ Visitors & Quiet

- Receiving visitors is allowed, but small parties (such as birthday parties) are only possible after consultation.

- Please be considerate of our neighbors. Noise is permitted, but in moderation – especially in the evenings.

🚭 Smoking

-Smoking is only permitted outside on the patio or by the campfire

– ashtrays are provided there.

-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, in or around the hot tub, and on the artificial grass.

-Always dispose of cigarette butts in an ashtray.

🐾 Pets

-Pets are welcome, but only on the ground floor.

-Not on the upper floor, sofa, ottoman, or chairs.

-Always walk your dog outside the gate. Urinating, defecating, or digging in the garden is not permitted.

-Clean up any accidents immediately.

-Pets are not allowed in the hot tub.

👶 Children

-Children under 14 are unfortunately not allowed due to the staircase.

By booking this accommodation, you agree to these terms and conditions. Breaking these rules will have severe concequenses.

🔥 Use of Facilities

-The hot tub, fire pit, hammock, and all other facilities are free to use.

-You are required to shower thoroughly before using the hot tub.

-The first crate of firewood is included. Additional wood can be purchased via the guest guide page.

-Use everything with care and common sense.

🛁 Respect for the house

-Treat everything with respect

– this house was built by hand with love.

-Leave the house tidy and dry the shower with the squeegee provided.

-Report any damage immediately so we can resolve it together.

-Please remove your shoes in the hallway before entering the house.

⚠️ Important - Liability & violation of house rules
- Use of the house and all facilities is entirely at your own risk.
- We are not liable for personal injury or accidents during your stay.

🔸 In case of violation of the house rules – such as bringing young children, organizing an (unreported) party or causing damage –we reserve the right to:
Immediately terminate the stay without refund,
Charge additional cleaning or repair costs,
And/or withhold the deposit (if applicable) or recover additional costs.

🛑 We hope of course that this is never necessary. We trust that you will treat our place with the same care and love with which it was built 💛
