🏡 House rules – The Hajdu Hide-Away

Welcome to The Hajdu Hide-Away!
We built this house with love and care, with our own hands. To keep it nice, safe and comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following house rules:

📅 Rental period This accommodation is rented to you exclusively for the period confirmed in your booking. Under no circumstances may any guest claim the right to remain on the premises beyond this agreed rental period.

⏰ Check-in and check-out
- Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM – you will receive a code for the gate and the front door in advance.
- Please check out before 10:00 AM.

🧍‍♀️ Visitors & rest
- Receiving visitors is allowed, but small-scale parties (such as a birthday) only after consultation.
- Please be considerate of our neighbors.
- Music is allowed, but in moderation – especially in the evenings.

🚭 Smoking Smoking is only allowed outside on the terrace or by the campfire – there are also ashtrays there. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house and in or around the hot tub. Always throw cigarette butts in an ashtray.

🐾 Pets Pets are welcome on the ground floor.
- Not on the couch, stool or chair.
- Always let your dog out outside the gate.
- Urinating, defecating or digging in the garden is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed in the hottub.

👶 Children
Children under the age of 14 are unfortunately not allowed due to the staircase.
By booking this accommodation you agree to this condition.

🔥 Use of facilities
- The hot tub, fire pit, hammock and all other facilities are free to use.
- The first bag of firewood is included.
- Additional wood can be purchased with our concierge.
- Use everything with care and common sense.

🛁 Respect for the house
- Treat everything with respect - this house was built by hand and with love.
- Leave the house tidy, dry the shower with the squeegee provided.
- Report damage immediately so that we can resolve this together.

⚠️ Important - Liability & violation of house rules
- Use of the house and all facilities is entirely at your own risk.
- We are not liable for personal injury or accidents during your stay.

🔸 In case of violation of the house rules – such as bringing young children, organizing an (unreported) party or causing damage –we reserve the right to:
Immediately terminate the stay without refund,
Charge additional cleaning or repair costs,
And/or withhold the deposit (if applicable) or recover additional costs.

🛑 We hope of course that this is never necessary. We trust that you will treat our place with the same care and love with which it was built 💛
